With the introduction of Salesforce CRM, Statistics New Zealand needed to engage and train their team on the benefits of Salesforce, how it works, how to do key tasks, and how each business unit uses it differently. I worked with an Instructional Designer to create an e-learning design that covered those key objectives.
As part of the learning design, I needed to create a simulations hub where staff can access simulations and learning, specific to their role within Statistics NZ. I then worked closely with an e-learning developer to build a functional and interactive e-learning module.
